I have complaints about the internal medicine department, what should I do?

You can contact us with the telephone numbers in the contact section of our hospital website or send a message. The Internal Medicine Department of our hospital conducts a normal patient outpatient clinic during working hours each day, and the incoming patients can be examined with and without appointment. (In our hospital, priority is made to accept patients through the central appointment system, physicians can accept patients without waiting for an appointment according to the conditions of the patient waiting for the current examination. If you arrive on an empty stomach in the morning (did not have a hungry breakfast in the morning after 12 pm), the necessary tests can be performed on that day. However, since the blood collection and results will not be the same day in the hospital laboratories, you will bring all your medical tests that your family physician recently asked you and give you the results to your physician, thus minimizing the waiting time for the test results and the conclusion of the examination.

In accordance with the medical ethics rules, hospital staff and other medical personnel are served without interruption.
